The Norwich Little League board takes reports of coach, referee, player or parent member
infractions of the league code of conduct or League rules seriously and
has established means in the League charter for investigation and
resolution of such situations.
However
before the board can officially act on any matter there must be an
official complaint from a verifiable person. This page should be used in
all cases where some type official League response is desired.
